Reports directly to the Supervisors of Billing and Customer Service as required. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for aspects of Billing, Customer Account Collections and Customer Service as it relates to energy and miscellaneous services supplied by Essex Powerlines Corporation.

• Responsible for direct supervision of the activities relating to the operation and maintenance of the distribution systems.
• Responsible for coordinating activities of internal and external resources to ensure safe and efficient work process
• Responsible for the quality and quantity of work, maintenance of work schedules and safety of all personnel working under his/her supervision, and the safety of the public.
• Responsible for all associated administrative functions as required to be performed by this position.
