Winter Electricity Rates Now in Effect
Effective November 1, 2026, winter electricity rates are now in effect for residential and small business customers on Time-of-Use (TOU), Tiered and Ultra-Low Overnight (ULO) pricing plans.
Customers are encouraged to review the updated rates and pricing periods to better understand and manage their electricity usage.
